For one, I just got officially hired into Charter Communications and my tentative start date is August 8, 2011. I'm pretty excited about that for sure.
Also, my wedding is coming up in 2 months and 20 days... and I've never been more stressed in my entire life. So much to organize, people to pay, decorations to buy, the list just goes on. And to think it's pretty much all gonna be spent just for a 7 hour period. That's so sad...
The Old Republic is definitely something I'm looking forward to this year. I'm a huge Star Wars nerd and this is the closest I'm ever gonna get to actually owning a lightsaber. Of course since I don't know when it's release date is, I have to look for other things to keep me occupied. This brings me to...
NERD CORNER!
So I was just browsing the steam store the other day and I found a game called "From Dust". It's pretty much a sandbox god simulation game. For those of you who don't know what that is: imagine that you're God and you can mess with the environment, populous, and other factors in a "world". It's less action and more playful.
As you can see the concept is actually pretty well thought out. Graphics are excellent quality and the physics are definitely going to be fun. I just want to sink the entire island into the water, personally. Anyways, going to go make dinner now. Hope you had fun reading... I hope to update this at least once a week.
